Join me in standing with survivors in Tennessee—raising awareness, expanding access to healing, and working to prevent sexual assault before it begins.
Last year, I had the honor of joining the Sexual Assault Center’s Board of Directors. Shortly after, I heard CEO Rachel Freeman say: “Trauma changes you—but so does healing.”
That has stayed with me.
Through previous jobs supporting survivors of sexual violence, I’ve seen the life-changing power of having a place to go where you feel safe, supported, and believed. Healing is possible—but access to care is everything.
This April, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, I’m working to raise enough to fund forensic exams and follow-up therapy for two survivors. I will personally match every dollar raised, up to $2,000—doubling the impact.
Even on the worst day of someone’s life, survivors deserve compassion, expertise, and a path forward.
